Rohner Park
Newburg Park
Comprised of 2 areas, the Rohner Park Facility and Newburg Park, The City of Fortuna Parks and Recreation has a variety of facilities and services available.
An ideal setting for both large and small events, there are quite a few rental facilities in Rohner Park, also known as The Leisure Park. The 55 acre park located in the center of Fortuna has a large Pavilion that is used for skating, basketball, dances, parties and other special events, a Rodeo arena, 3 little league baseball fields, batting cages, an outdoor basketball court, horseshoe pits, 2 playgrounds, a recreation hall, large and small picnic areas and 2 public restrooms. Also, within the facility, is The Depot Museum which houses intriguing memorabilia from railroad, logging, farming and war eras.
The 18-1/2 acre Newburg Park, known as The Sports Complex, has 2 regulation hardball fields, 2 regulation softball fields, one regulation soccer field, 7 additional soccer fields of varying size, a picnic area, playground and public rest rooms.
